At Noor Bees Perth, we take pride in supplying quality beekeeping equipment, tools and accessories. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and reasonable return and refund conditions.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Returns & Refunds

All returns, exchanges and refunds for change-of-mind purchases are subject to the sole discretion and approval of Noor Bees Perth.

We do not automatically accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchasing.

• Incorrect product selection.

• Ordering the wrong size, quantity or variation.

• Finding the same product cheaper elsewhere.

• Products no longer required or wanted.

• Accidental purchases or customer ordering errors.

Noor Bees Perth reserves the right to approve or decline discretionary return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility for Discretionary Returns

Where Noor Bees Perth agrees to accept a return that is not required by law, the following conditions may apply:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, labels and accessories must be included where applicable.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

• The product must be returned within the timeframe agreed upon by Noor Bees Perth.

• The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.

Meeting these conditions does not automatically guarantee approval of a discretionary return.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
